Award-winning Design leader with 16 years of experience in Product Strategy, User Experience, Industrial Design, Storytelling and Visualization.
I have spent my career at the intersection of physical and digital products. From award-winning industrial design in Europe to architecting digital ecosystems for TomTom and Marvin, I have learned that while the medium changes, the core of great design does not. I believe that truly good design must be both beautifully crafted and deeply functional — It must be human-centered, meaningful, and built to scale.
Currently, I lead the UX Digital team at Marvin. I act as a strategic partner to Product and Tech leads, transforming fragmented business challenges into cohesive visions.
My Principles
Human-Centered Impact Design is a tool for progress. I focus on human needs to create a positive ripple effect for both people and businesses.
Meaning over Hype I design to solve real problems. I don’t retrofit meaning onto technology; I start with human intent.
Impact at Scale I architect systems that deliver value across entire ecosystems, ensuring quality stays high as the business grows.
Craft & Function Truly good design must be as well-built as it is useful. The details are not an afterthought—they are the source of user delight.
Collaboration & Ownership I foster open partnerships while maintaining personal accountability. A strong vision requires clear ownership.
Lead by Doing I stay close to the craft. Making is how I experiment, learn, and inspire others to aim higher.
